Save Turn-ins

On December 31, 2016, the product will no longer be available for use. This includes users signing up for new accounts and logging into existing accounts. We highly recommend logging into your Engrade account and extracting all account data prior to December 31, 2016. Learn more.

This topic covers how to save students' turn-ins. You will want to download each student's turn-in file to your computer, and save them in a place where you can easily access them in the future.

  1. First, select a class from your Active Classes page.

  2. Select Turn-ins from your left sidebar.

    You may have to click More to view the expanded list of options in the left sidebar. If you still do not see Turn-ins as an option in the More section, click Settings on the left sidebar and navigate to the Apps tab. In the pop-up window, make sure Turn-ins is checked, and click the Edit Class Apps button.

  3. Select the name of a turn-in assignment.

  4. In the pop-up window, each student's submission will be listed under the Turn-in column. Select each student's file submission to download them to your computer.

  5. Repeat this process for all other turn-in assignments in your class.

  6. Next, repeat this process for all Active, Archived, and Trashed classes in all Grading Periods in your account.
