Save Standards

On December 31, 2016, the product will no longer be available for use. This includes users signing up for new accounts and logging into existing accounts. We highly recommend logging into your Engrade account and extracting all account data prior to December 31, 2016. Learn more.

This topic covers how to save individual standards you have created in Engrade. You can either copy and paste the standards text from Engrade to another source (such as Microsoft Word), or you can take a screenshot of the page and save it to your computer.

  1. First, select a class from your Active Classes page.

  2. Select Standards on the left sidebar.

You may have to click More to view the expanded list of options in the left sidebar. If you still do not see Standards as an option in the More section, click Settings on the left sidebar and navigate to the Apps tab. In the pop-up window, make sure Standards is checked, and click the Edit Class Apps button.

  3. Select the Standards tab.

  4. All of the standards that you have created will be listed on this page. Copy each standard code and corresponding description, and paste them into a Microsoft Word document (or similar source).

  5. Alternatively, you can take a screenshot of the page and save it to your computer. Depending on your operating system, the command for taking a screenshot may vary. See this site for additional assistance with taking screenshots for your OS.

  6. Repeat this process for all Active, Archived, and Trashed classes in all Grading Periods in your account.
