Print Multiclass Reports

With multiclass reports, you can print reports for students who are enrolled in multiple classes that you teach. Multiclass reports allow you to create brief progress reports for students in your classes. These reports will include your students’ overall grade for each of your classes in which they are enrolled. You can choose to print a report for a single student or print all student reports at the same time.

  1. Select Classes on the blue bar at the top of the page.

  2. Select Multiclass Reports from the left sidebar.

  3. Click the Print All button at the top of the page to print all students' multiclass reports or locate an individual student in the list and click Print Report to the right of a student's name to print a single multiclass report for the selected student.

Please note: A student must be enrolled in at least two classes that you teach in order to have a multiclass report.

Common Issues with Multiclass Reports

I am viewing duplicates of my students in the Multi-Class Reports.
The reason you are viewing duplicates of students in your multiclass reports is because you did not use the same ID for the same student between all of your Gradebooks. You need to change the students' ID numbers so that each student has a consistent, unique ID number in all of your Gradebooks.

I can only see one class of students.
The reason you are only viewing one set of students may be because you have reused ID numbers between classes. This can result in students viewing classes that are not their own. Please make sure that each student receives a consistent, unique ID number. You should never reuse student ID numbers.
